Śvāsa in Sanskrit translates to breath. Our initiative was born from the realization that in our fast-paced lives, we often lose track of time and ourselves. Taking a moment to simply breathe and connect with ourselves and others seems like an increasingly challenging task each day.

Svasā in Sanskrit also signifies sister. Our initiative also originated from the need to create a community and forge deeper connections with others. Whether it’s through collective breathing in meditation, sharing moments during yoga practices, or indulging in self-care by booking a one-of-a-kind retreat, Svasa is here to hold space for each and every one of your needs.

We were not meant to live in constant rush, nor were we meant to live in solitude.

Welcome to the dynamic world of Andrea and Alexandra Stagg, two sisters on a shared journey of mindfulness, well-being, and community building. As bilingual yoga teachers (amongst many other hats we wear), we playfully explore the fusion of language and movement, embracing the beauty of diversity and connection.

Our passion extends beyond the yoga mat; we share a profound love for all living beings and a deep commitment to making a positive impact in the lives of others. Empathy and love are the threads that weave through everything we do, and our mission is to extend that to all who cross our paths.
